Thanksgiving at Kripalu
Take time to reflect on all you have to be grateful for in your life while enjoying some well-deserved R&R at Kripalu this Thanksgiving. Our unique R&R program offers you the space and a variety of activities you need to design your own personal Thanksgiving retreat.
During your stay, you can
- Take a guided hike through the beautiful Berkshires, including a special Thanksgiving Day gratitude hike
- Choose from a variety of workshops in yoga, health, personal growth, and creativity
- Walk the labyrinth
- Stretch and move your body in a Kripalu Yoga or noon dance class and then take a soak in the whirlpool or relax in the sauna
- Curl up with a good book in the Sun Room, or sip warm cider and chat with new friends in the cafe.
Enjoy evening programs that bring inspiration, integration, and connection.

Come on Monday and give yourself several days to unwind, or arrive just in time for a memorable midday Thanksgiving feast, with delicious treats and a cornucopia of nutritious options. Register early to get your choice of housing.

During your stay, you choose how much you want to do. Enjoy a rich schedule of engaging workshops in yoga, wellness, hiking/snowshoeing, personal growth, and creativity. Participate in daily Kripalu noon dance classes and evening programs that bring inspiration, integration, and connection.
There is also plenty of time to treat yourself to a Healing Arts session or set the stage for the new year with a personal nutrition or life coaching consultation.

Your New Year’s Eve experience begins at 8:00 pm and continues all night in a magical, heart-centered kirtan concert. Join the leaders of the Bhakti Bliss event and connect to your authentic voice, and find inspiration in community. Usher in the new year with some of the foremost innovators of joy-filled kirtan. This evening event is open to in-house guests; general public tickets are not available.
