Thanksgiving at Kripalu
Take time to reflect on all you have to be grateful for in your life while practicing self-care and sampling a wide range of special offerings this Thanksgiving. Our R&R Retreat program offers you the space and the variety you need to design your own personal Thanksgiving retreat. Experience guided hikes through the beautiful Berkshires, including a special gratitude hike on Thanksgiving Day. Take a workshop, walk the labyrinth, curl up with a good book in the Sun Room, or sip warm tea and chat with new friends in the cafe.
Each day, you can choose from a number of workshops in yoga, health, personal growth, and creativity. Stretch and move your body in a Kripalu Yoga or noon dance class and then take a soak in the whirlpool or relax in the sauna. Enjoy evening programs that bring inspiration, integration, and connection, including a drum circle, relax and renew yoga classes, and a special world tradition kirtan. And don’t forget to nurture yourself with a Healing Arts session or private consultation (we have life coaches, personal trainers, physicians, and nutritionists on staff).
Come on Monday and give yourself several days to unwind, or arrive just in time for a memorable midday Thanksgiving feast*, with delicious treats and a cornucopia of nutritious options. Register early to ensure your choice of housing.
Note Minimum stay of two nights is required. *Thanksgiving midday meal is not included for Thursday arrivals; a meal pass may be purchased for $18.

During your stay, you choose how much you want to do. Enjoy a rich schedule of engaging workshops in yoga, wellness, outdoor activities, personal growth, and creativity. Participate in daily Kripalu noon dance classes and evening programs that bring inspiration, integration, and connection.
There is also plenty of time to treat yourself to a Healing Arts session or set the stage for the new year with a personal nutrition or life-coaching consultation.
