Kripalu at Home: Restorative Yoga Class

Join Kriplau Yoga teacher Sudha Carolyn Lundeen as she leads you through an hour-long restorative yoga class. Start with gentle warm-ups, then move into restorative postures that support you as you let go of tension and effort.

Note This class calls for an eye pillow, a strap, a block, two cushions, a bolster, and three blankets.
