Kripalu at Home: Moderate Yoga Class

Join Kripalu Yoga teacher Devarshi Steven Hartman as he leads you through an hour-long moderate/vigorous class.

This class includes a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated, and on the floor), longer holding, and breathing exercises—including Kripalu Yoga’s signature alternate-nostril breath, Anulom Vilom—providing a good workout and deep restoration.

The intention of Kripalu Yoga is to cultivate an internal meditative experience while stretching and recharging the body. Learn more about Kripalu Yoga.
