About Steven Leonard

Steven is a Kripalu faculty member and founder of the Freestyle Meditation Community. He leads meditation classes, workshops, and retreats throughout the Northeast, using an approach that offers a simple way of appreciating the range and rhythm of human experience. A musician and athlete, Steven holds a degree in exercise physiology and is the author of Throughout Infinity, a book of poems.
