Take a moment to pause and explore your current feeling state. What do you notice? How are you breathing? Investigate all that arises, and allow things to be just as they are in the present moment.
Once a week, you’ll find space to enjoy guided meditation, a piece of music, an enticing image, or video that inspires calm.
Sit up tall and close your eyes. Imagine a long plumb line running from the crown of your head to the tip of your tailbone. Soften your shoulders and broaden your collarbones. How does it feel to sit in alignment? What other parts of yourself can you bring into alignment?
Place your hands on your heart center and close your eyes. Bring to mind someone who could use some loving-kindness right now; that could even be yourself. Whoever appears, invite them into your heart and hold them there for a few breaths.
Take a deep inhale. As you exhale, stick out your tongue and open your eyes wide, for a Lion’s Breath. When you’re done, close your eyes and soften your face. Notice the flush of energy created by this invigorating breathing exercise.
