Pause. Close your eyes. Rest your palms on your lap. Soften your jaw. Melt your shoulders down your back. Take three full, deep breaths to expand your heart.
Close your eyes and bring to mind someone or something that has brightened your life recently. How does that make you feel?
Bring your arms overhead. Lengthen through the fingertips and relax the shoulders. Breathe. Open yourself to the energy within and around you. Lower your arms when you feel complete.
What words or phrases resonate with you at the moment? Close your eyes and repeat them silently to yourself. Allow these words to gently wash over you.
Pause. Look around. Breathe. What catches your eye? Where do you see beauty around you?
Pause and listen to and honor your heart’s longing. What is your truth right here, right now?
Enjoy this moment of light. Breathe into the day, and when in doubt, bring yourself back to the breath.
Give yourself this moment to be in your body and revel in the awe of self-awareness. As we inhale and exhale, set your intention for connection, self-care, and inquiry. May this carry you through the day.
