Take a moment to breathe and simply be. Notice your breath and let it guide your mind to a state of quiet calm.
Allow yourself to simply be in this moment. Do a body scan and release tension, if you notice any. Take three deep breaths and embrace the present. See if you can infuse your day with the awareness that this moment has brought.
