Breathe in self-acceptance. Breathe out compassion.
Place your hands on your heart center and close your eyes. Bring to mind someone who could use some loving-kindness right now; that could even be yourself. Whoever appears, invite them into your heart and hold them there for a few breaths.
Take a deep inhale. As you exhale, stick out your tongue and open your eyes wide, for a Lion’s Breath. When you’re done, close your eyes and soften your face. Notice the flush of energy created by this invigorating breathing exercise.
