Bring your gaze to a still spot about six feet in front of you. Breathe. Invite spaciousness as you keep your gaze steady yet soft.
Inhale, soften. Exhale, release. Inhale, invite, exhale, let go.
Set the intention to do something today that lights you up.
Pause. Close your eyes. Rest your palms on your lap. Soften your jaw. Melt your shoulders down your back. Take three full, deep breaths to expand your heart.
Close your eyes and bring to mind someone or something that has brightened your life recently. How does that make you feel?
Bring your arms overhead. Lengthen through the fingertips and relax the shoulders. Breathe. Open yourself to the energy within and around you. Lower your arms when you feel complete.
What words or phrases resonate with you at the moment? Close your eyes and repeat them silently to yourself. Allow these words to gently wash over you.
