Any quiet moment is an opportunity to pause. Take this mindful moment to breathe, notice how you feel, and set your intention for the day. As we inhale and exhale into this moment, set your intention for this connection, self-care, and inquiry.
Allow yourself to simply be in this moment. Do a body scan and release tension, if you notice any. Take three deep breaths and embrace the present. See if you can infuse your day with the awareness that this moment has brought.
