Take this moment of quiet to simply breathe. Find your center and let it carry you into the day.
Allow yourself to simply be in this moment. Do a body scan and release tension, if you notice any. Take three deep breaths and embrace the present. See if you can infuse your day with the awareness that this moment has brought.
