What a difference a day makes.
Treat yourself to a day of R&R at Kripalu and you’ll feel like a whole new person! You can arrive as early as 6:00 am and stay through the evening activity. Whether you want a busy day full of exciting new classes and options or a slow, relaxing opportunity to get quiet and go within, you’ll find it at Kripalu.
What’s included in your Day Pass?
Three Delicious All-Natural Meals
The Kripalu Kitchen is renowned for serving mouth-watering dishes that deliver both flavor and nutrition, with plenty of options to meet various dietary needs. Breakfast is served from 7:00–8:30 am.
Participation in R&R Workshops
Daily experiential workshops begin at 9:00 am. Topics include yoga, meditation, mindful living, coping with loss, nutrition, and more.

Daily Kripalu Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are offered seven days a week at 12:00 noon (vigorous vinyasa) and 4:15 pm (gentle, moderate, and vigorous), as well as additional 5:15 pm classes (gentle and moderate) on weekends and during the summer.
Kripalu noon dance
A longstanding and popular Kripalu tradition offered at noon every day, noon dance classes provide an invigorating movement experience (with great music!) for people at all levels of fitness.
Evening Events and Activities (excludes special ticketed events)
There’s something happening 365 evenings a year—from cooking classes to workshop samplers to chanting events, and more.
Access to Kripalu’s Amenities
Sauna, whirlpool, labyrinth, walking and hiking trails, lakefront beach area, fitness room, cafe, and bookstore.
Cost
Enjoy a special rate of $100 every Sunday to Friday (except in summer); Memorial Day to Labor Day, the rate is $120 a day. Saturdays year-round, the rate is $120. Pre-registration required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made two or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made one day prior to arrival will receive a 50 percent credit to use toward a future date; the remaining balance will be forfeited. There are no refunds for cancellations made the anticipated day of arrival.
