Certification as an Ayurvedic Consultant or Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist through the Kripalu School of Ayurveda can lead to a variety of different paths, from opening a private consulting practice to teaching public education classes to conducting workshops and retreats. Kripalu Ayurvedic Practitioner Association (KAPA)
Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant graduates are invited to become a member of the Kripalu Ayurvedic Practitioner Association (KAPA). Join for only $75 a year and receive some great benefits. For more information and a list of benefits visit KAPA online.
Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA)
As the nation’s leading association for yoga teachers, the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA) helps you thrive spiritually and professionally. For more than 15 years, KYTA has been supporting teachers world wide from many traditions sharing the profound benefits of yoga. KYTA currently has 2300+ members. National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA)
Graduates of Kripalu’s Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant training are eligible to apply for membership to NAMA as a 500-hour level practitioner. The Foundations of Ayurveda and the Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist training meet NAMA requirements for general membership. Students interested in becoming a member of NAMA must apply directly through the organization. Membership information can be found on the NAMA website at www.ayurveda-nama.org.
