As a jazzercise teacher for 16 years, Nina Beucler lived in nearly constant pain and developed bone spurs on her cervical spine. Working in high-stress jobs, including financial management for a Fortune 500 company, aggravated April Hand's shoulder injury to the point where she was forced to take 3200 milligrams of ibuprofen daily.
