Shivananda Thomas Amelio

Shivananda Thomas Amelio deeply practiced and studied yogic disciplines and philosophy in India. While there, he edited the book Yoga: The Ultimate Spiritual Path, by Swami Rajarshi Muni. A founding member of Kripalu Center, he is executive director of the New York Open Center, and also teaches meditation and chanting in New York City.
