Jonathan Urla has been a leader and innovator in the fields of Pilates, yoga, and movement sciences for more than 18 years. Author of Yogilates: Integrating Yoga and Pilates for Complete Fitness, Strength, and Flexibility, he is a fully certified Pilates instructor, a veteran yoga practitioner, an international presenter, and has a master’s of fine arts in dance.
