Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa

Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa, MA, MFA, is the author of the best-selling Art & Yoga: Kundalini Awakening in Everyday Life, and has been featured in Yoga Journal, Yoga International, and Spirituality & Health magazines as an expert on yoga and creativity. A teacher, artist, and lead trainer of 200- and 500-hour Kundalini Yoga certifications, she holds master’s degrees in creative-arts therapies and fine art. She has been a visiting lecturer at Boston University, Marlboro College, Hofstra University, Smith College, and Maine College of Art. She studied directly with Yogi Bhajan, who brought Kundalini Yoga to the West.
