Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa

Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa, MA, MFA, is the author of the best-selling Art & Yoga: Kundalini Awakening in Everyday Life, and has been quoted in Yoga Journal, Yoga International, and Spirituality & Health magazines as an expert on yoga and creativity. A teacher, artist, and lead trainer of 200- and 500-hour certifications in Kundalini Yoga, she holds master’s degrees in creative arts therapies from Lesley University and fine art from Vermont College. She has been a visiting lecturer at Boston University, Marlboro College, Hofstra University, Smith College, and Maine College of Art. She is married to author Thomas Moore and mother to their children, Ajeet and Abe.
