Bo Forbes, PsyD, E-RYT 500, is a clinical psychologist, yoga teacher, and integrative yoga therapist with a background in biopsychology, behavioral medicine, sleep disorders, and stress management. She is the creator of Embodied Awareness, online courses about the integration of yoga, mindfulness, neuroscience, and psychology to promote emotional well-being. She teaches internationally, is on the advisory Board of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and consults with health-care agencies worldwide.
