Lorin Roche
Lorin Roche, PhD, has been practicing meditation since 1968. He holds a doctorate from the University of California for his work on the subjective experience of meditation. He is the author of six books, including The Radiance Sutras: 112 Gateways to the Yoga of Wonder and Delight and Meditation Made Easy. He coauthored Meditation Secrets for Women and Meditation 24/7 with his wife, Camille Maurine. Lorin is the cofounder of Instinctive Meditation, a system based on his research and teaching approach designed to match a person’s individual nature to their meditation practice.
