Abigail "Ifatola" Jefferson

Abigail “Ifatola” Jefferson, MEd, RYT, NCLMT, promotes multicultural awareness through a blend of drumming, dance, song, and storytelling. She is a certified Kripalu YogaDance™ facilitator, Kripalu massage therapist, and Kripalu Yoga teacher, as well as the creator of Roots Yoga: African-Inspired Movement™. Abigail is also an adjunct professor in Lesley University’s Creative Arts in Learning program.
