Anjali Budreski is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher inspired by Anusara Yoga®. The owner of Yoga Mountain Center in Montpelier, Vermont, she has been studying yoga since 1994. She has trained and practiced with a wide variety of teachers including Deb Neubauer, Todd Norian, Mitchel Bleier, and John Friend. An accomplished outdoorswoman, Anjali’s classes are powered by the beauty, potency, and alchemy of nature.
