Amy Cotler

Amy Cotler is a longtime cooking teacher and advocate of local foods who lectures passionately on farm-to-table topics. Her most recent book, The Locavore Way: Enjoy the Pleasures of Locally Grown Food, is a comprehensive guide to seeking out and savoring local foods. She has worked in Manhattan and New England as a chef, caterer, culinary coach, recipe developer, and farm-to-school consultant. Amy was founding director of Berkshire Grown, a regional nonprofit that has received national recognition as a model for local-food advocacy.
