Florence Falk

Florence Falk, PhD, MSW, is a psychotherapist in private practice for more than 20 years. A former assistant professor of English literature at Rutgers University, she has taught workshops and lectured at the American Association for Transpersonal Psychology, the Open Center, and the C. G. Jung Foundation in Manhattan. Her work on the struggle of women to achieve a strong sense of personal identity and sovereignty led her to explore the subject of aloneness and culminated in her recent book, On My Own: The Art of Being a Woman Alone. www.florencefalk.com
