Stephan Bodian
Stephan Bodian has practiced and taught nondual approaches for more than 35 years. Ordained a Zen priest in 1974, he trained with several Zen masters, including Shunryu Suzuki Roshi (author of Zen Mind, Beginner’s Mind) and Taizan Maezumi Roshi. He also practiced Dzogchen-Mahamudra with several Tibetan teachers and spent 10 years studying Advaita Vedanta with Jean Klein. After a series of deepening realizations, he received dharma transmission (authorization to teach) from his teacher, Adyashanti. A licensed psychotherapist, he is now devoted to igniting and fostering the flame of truth in others through counseling, mentoring, teaching, and writing.
