Ahmad Mickens

Ahmad Mickens is the proud father of a 3-year-old son and owner of Revolution Fitness, a boxing gym in the heart of Stamford, Connecticut. The gym houses a youth foundation (RF Youth Boxing) that has a bustling and burgeoning after-school program. Ahmad is also a former NYC Golden Glove finalist and current unbeaten professional light-heavyweight boxer. www.revolutionfitness.org
