Manouso Manos

Manouso Manos is one of the most capable and experienced senior Iyengar Yoga teachers in the United States. A student of B. K. S. Iyengar since 1976, he holds one of only two Advanced Senior certificates granted worldwide. Manouso has traveled to India 16 times, and served as chairperson of the First International Iyengar Yoga Convention in 1984. His understanding and insights into Iyengar Yoga are conveyed with authenticity and precision, and his teaching style includes humor, sensitivity, and a challenge to his students to move beyond perceived limits.
