Lesley Desaulniers

Lesley Desaulniers is cofounder and creative director of Prema Yoga in New York City. She has been studying yoga, meditation, and Sanskrit since 1996 and is known for her ability to offer students transformational experiences by illuminating ancient yogic teachings and making them applicable to everyone. In her early twenties, Lesley was a resident at Ananda Ashram and went on to teach at the flagship Jivamukti Yoga Center in downtown Manhattan. She has offered workshops and classes throughout the United States and abroad, most recently in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. www.premayoganyc.com
