Sat Chuen Hon

Sat Chuen Hon, CMD, is a native of China and a recognized pioneer in medical qigong therapy. He is certified as a Chinese medical doctor in acupuncture by the Guangzhou University of TCM. He appeared as the Taoist teacher of composer Philip Glass in the documentary, Glass: A Portrait of Philip in Twelve Parts. Sat has taught medical qigong in the United States since 2003, and established the Ancient Taoist Practice Society, Inc. He is the 21st lineage holder of the Taoist Dragon Gate sect and represented the Taoists for the annual UN General Assembly opening blessing.
