Laurie Beck

Laurie Beck is founder and owner of Pilates by the Sea in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Also certified in Reiki and qigong, she has had a lifetime love affair with horseback riding, which she has taught extensively. Married with two grown children, she lives joyfully in the moment.
