John Kinyon

John Kinyon has mediated conflicts and offered communication and conflict resolution skills training to thousands of people throughout the world, including work with Afghan tribal elders along the Pakistani border. He codeveloped training programs in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) mediation that include international multiday workshops, residential retreats, and yearlong programs. A trainer for the Center for Nonviolent Communication since 2000, John is a cofounder of the Bay Area NVC and works closely with NVC founder Marshall Rosenberg, leading 9-day international intensive trainings. www.johnkinyon.com
