Lara Baumann

Lara Baumann, MA, is the founder of the Quantum Method® of Yoga, which she teaches worldwide. Her upbringing in Asia and early interest in yoga led her to complete a master’s degree in religious studies at the University of London and study with both Pattabhi Jois and B. K. S. Iyengar. Author of the book and DVD Quantum Yoga: Creating Your Ideal Practice from an Ocean of Possibilities, Lara offers Yoga Alliance-certified teacher-training courses in the UK and India.
