Devin Franklin

Devin Franklin is a lifelong nature enthusiast who discovered his passion for wilderness teachings in 1994 when he began studying and practicing survival, tracking, and awareness skills with Dan Fisher in Maine and Tom Brown Jr. in New Jersey. Devin has undergone intensive naturalist and community-building training through Kamana and the Art of Mentoring. He has a degree in environmental education from Prescott College in Arizona. In 1998, he began working at Flying Deer Nature Center in New Lebanon, New York, where he loves working with children and nature, cultivating the naturalist community that is his home. www.flyingdeernaturecenter.org
