Bonnie Lee Ringer
Bonnie Ringer is a Dharma Yoga® registered teacher and owner of Bonnie’s Yoga Shala in Nanuet, New York. She has practiced for 25 years, taught for 12, and studied with many renowned teachers, including Dharma Mittra, K. Pattabhi Jois, David Swenson, Ana Forrest, and Duncan Wong. She traveled to the Amdo region of Tibet where she visited caves with Tibetan Buddhist monks, prayed atop 19,000-foot peaks, and lived in a mud home with a Tibetan grandmother.
