Casey Bernstein

Casey Bernstein, RN, has been a Nia Black Belt teacher for more than 20 years and a teacher trainer for 13 years. Certified in yoga and the expressive arts, she brings Nia’s joy of movement to fitness, corporate, prenatal, drug rehabilitation, and Alzheimer’s patient populations.
