Dan Tomasulo, PhD, TEP, MFA, MAPP, is a psychologist specializing in Positive Psychology, group psychotherapy, and psychodrama. He holds a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is author of Confessions of a Former Child: A Therapist’s Memoir, winner of the 2009 Written Arts Award in Creative Nonfiction. He writes the expert blog on group therapy for Psychology Today, and the Ask the Therapist column and Proof Positive blog for psychcentral.com. He is also a training consultant for the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College in Wyoming, and the creator of Interactive-Behavioral Therapy, the most widely used form of group therapy for people with intellectual disabilities.
