Sianna Sherman is an internationally recognized Anusara Yoga® teacher who was featured in Yoga Journal as one of 21 young teachers shaping the future of yoga. She playfully weaves alignment, therapeutics, and creative sequencing with mythic-inspired stories, poetry and Tantric philosophy that embraces the fullness of life.
