Holly Papa

Holly Papa, LMT, is a certified holistic health educator, esthetician, and developer of The Science, Art & Heart of Foot Reflexology. She has been in private, full time practice since 1981 and spent five years as the director of education and senior instructor at Laura Norman’s Center for Foot Reflexology. Holly incorporates reflexology, Swedish massage, LaStone Therapy, aroma therapy, Trager® and pressure point work, Reiki, energy balancing, Bach Flower remedies, color, music, and love to achieve that deep state of relaxation where the body’s own innate healing abilities can take place.
