Terry Roth Schaff

Terry Roth Schaff, E-RYT, heads the medical yoga therapy department at Manhattan Physical Medicine, where she works with Loren Fishman. She develops therapeutic yoga sequences for people recovering from injuries and living with physical challenges. Terry’s clear, careful direction and attention creates an environment for students to work on aligning and strengthening the basic structure of their bodies. She leads yoga classes for people with arthritis, osteoporosis, and back pain on land and in the water. Terry specializes in post-operative rehabilitation and geriatric problems and also teaches yoga at Bard College.
