Corinne Trang, CYT, is author of Authentic Vietnamese Cooking, which won Best Asian Cuisine Book in the World and Best Book on Asian Cuisine in English at France’s Salon International du Livre Gourmand. She has also published Essentials of Asian Cuisine, The Asian Grill, Food Lovers Vietnamese, and Noodles Every Day. She is working on her next cookbook, The Asian Flavors Diabetes Cookbook, for the American Diabetes Association.
