Mary Angela Buffo is director of Ananda Yoga & Wellness Center in Southampton, New York, and maintains a private practice offering spiritual counseling, yoga instruction, and yoga therapy. Mary Angela holds credentials as a certified yoga teacher from Kripalu and Todd Norian. She is also a certified Phoenix Rising yoga therapist and an ordained minister. She brings more than 20 years of experience to support clients in their mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. Mary Angela specializes in incorporating the teachings of the Law of Attraction with yoga and her intuitive counseling skills.
