Stefanie Sacks, MS, CNS, CDN, is a culinary nutritionist, author, radio show host, educator, speaker, and consultant who has studied food and healing for 25 years. Stefanie holds a master’s degree in nutrition education from Columbia University, and is a certified nutrition specialist, a certified dietitian nutritionist, and a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts.
