For yoga teachers and practitioners.
Empower your students—and yourself—to go deeper into yoga postures and practice. The Lotus Palm Thai Yoga Massage School has designed asana adjustments that are invaluable for yoga instructors to use in class and with private clients. Take your teaching to the next level with the “Thai touch.”
Thai massage is a dynamic bodywork therapy based on yoga and Ayurveda. In this unique healing system, the practitioner guides the recipient through a series of yoga postures while massaging along the body’s energy lines and pressure points. Counterbalancing and levering the recipient’s body with his/her own, the practitioner works with gravity, breath, and directed touch to create a harmonious and therapeutic “yoga dance.”
