Experience Holotropic Breathwork with originator Stanislav Grof. This practice provides direct access to your inner healing wisdom, allowing deep self-exploration for personal transformation. Through simple breathing and a specially designed musical journey, in a safe and supportive setting, you experience a true non-ordinary state of consciousness.
The weekend begins with a talk by Stanislav on the healing potential of Holotropic Breathwork, and preparation for the practice on Saturday. Sunday morning features small-group integration along with lecture and questions.
Holotropic Breathwork catalyzes a unique and ideal combination of experiences. Deeply explore aspects of your life and history, transpersonal interconnections, and the greater spiritual reality to which we all belong.
