Note Prior to this workshop, we recommend daily practice of Coherent Breathing using Steve Elliot’s CD Respire-1 Coherence, available at www.coherence.com. Dress in casual layers and eat lightly before opening night. Tuition includes a manual and the Breath~Body~Mind Level-1 Practice CD.
