Goddess in Training is where fluff meets tough—a workshop utilizing the Sierra Bender Empowerment Method®, a 4 Body Fit® approach designed to empower teenage girls to awaken their Core Female Power, take command of their space, claim their femininity, find their voices, and build self-worth from the inside out.
In this program, you
- Discover your four levels of holistic fitness and health
- Redefine what it means to be feminine yet fierce
- Learn how to cope with peer pressure, dating, drugs, and mass-media perceptions
- Master the awareness and physical skills needed to enhance your safety
- Obtain tools to prevent and heal eating disorders, drug and alcohol addictions, depression, and poor body image
- Learn to own and exude confidence, courage, and a positive attitude.
Workshop activities include yoga, weight training, hiking, detoxification, meditation, breathwork, aromatherapy, energy healing, drumming, dancing, a fire ceremony, and discussions about girls’ health, nutrition, and healing.
Note Tuition includes a GTC book, aromatherapy, supplies, handouts, and a T-shirt. Bring hiking boots, 3- and 5-lb. hand weights, and exercise clothing. Boot Camp for Goddesses® Level 1 and Boot Camp for Goddesses®: Goddess in Training (Teens) run concurrently. All teens must be chaperoned; chaperones may choose any workshop offered this week, or an R&R retreat.
