For runners of all levels.

Running is one of the oldest and most natural of human activities, but very few of us have been taught how to run well. As Danny Dreyer, founder of ChiRunning, says, “It’s not running that hurts your body; it’s the way you run that’s doing the damage.”

Danny’s humorous, nonjudgmental approach creates an inspiring and supportive learning environment. All runners are videotaped and given a helpful critique of their running form and how to improve it.

In this workshop, you learn how to

  • Prevent and recover from most running injuries
  • Run faster without working harder
  • Run hills using technique instead of strength
  • Master any distance
  • Mix inner stillness with outer movement.

Bring new depth to your movement, and transform your running from a sport to a mindful practice. By the end of the week, you’ll be running with greater ease and fluidity than you ever imagined possible.
