This optional cleanse, available only to participants in Snatam Kaur’s The Empowerment of Daily Spiritual Practice, supplements your experience with a juice enhancement plan. This conscious cleanse includes fresh juices designed to support your digestive, lymphatic, and immune systems.
Intention setting, discussions on nutrition, health coaching, mindful-eating tips, and ongoing support—all scheduled around Snatam’s workshop sessions—round out your cleanse experience. You’ll go home even more joyful, vivacious, and filled with spirit.
