For all levels.

Ever wonder why, in spite of the miracles of modern medicine, more than 700,000 Americans practice ancient healing exercises from China? Qigong is one of the world’s most popular and best-researched methods to improve health and vitality.

In the Coiling Silk style of qigong, various parts of the body turn slowly on a stable axis, like the turning of a wheel or the unwinding of a silk cocoon. The exercises gently open and close the joints, improve posture and breathing, and stimulate the life force, or qi, to flow without obstruction. As knotted energy dissolves and tense areas relax, the whole body develops resilient inner strength.

This is an excellent practice for personal well-being and a perfect complement to yoga, tai chi, or any sport. With clear and detailed instruction from qigong master Ken Cohen, you learn a complete set of enjoyable, meditative exercises, and ways to continue improving day by day.
