For everyone.

Many of us live with the constant self-talk of a harsh inner critic who thwarts spontaneity, holds us hostage to anxiety, dampens freedom of expression, feeds perfectionism, and leaves us feeling inadequate. While the critic’s voice may be strong, it can be quieted. Using guided meditations, exercises, and interactive demonstrations, this workshop teaches concrete tools to help you stop self-critical thinking and increase your capacity to receive and believe positive messages from yourself and others.

Join Jane Shure and Beth Weinstock to

  • Understand how and why your inner critic became so powerful
  • Learn mindfulness strategies to counter the critic’s voice
  • Strengthen your encouraging inner coach
  • Practice effective techniques for constructive self-talk
  • Explore the latest neuroscience on transforming thought patterns of self-sabotage into self-support.

Change your relationship with yourself and return home inspired and empowered to successfully move beyond your inner critic.
