For everyone.

Negative self-talk and the worry it generates is a powerful inhibitor of well-being, confidence, and success. While the voice of the inner critic may be strong, it can be quieted.

This workshop is designed to teach inner coaching™ skills that increase your capacity to maintain resilience, manage anxiety, and stay positive in the face of life’s inevitable ups and downs. You discover

  • How the inner critic became powerful
  • Mindfulness strategies that promote positive self-talk
  • User-friendly techniques that shift self-doubt to self-support
  • How to strengthen the voice of your inner coach
  • The neuroscience of transforming thought patterns from those that undermine to those that empower and support.

Through guided meditations, experiential exercises, and interactive demonstrations, you learn to open your heart to a nonjudgmental, compassionate inner coaching voice. Transform your relationship with yourself and return home inspired and empowered to move beyond fear, shame, and self-criticism.
